Sanders Photography has taken appropriate measures to secure personal data against loss or unlawful processing. Sanders Photography will not retain this data beyond the term permitted by law.

Sanders Photography's website issues functional cookies which are necessary to ensure optimum function of the website. Because these functional cookies do not collect any data, the current privacy legislation allows us to install them without explicit consent.

Sanders Photography makes use of Google Analytics, meaning we assess our website by means of analytical cookies. We do this in order to gain better insight into how visitors use our website. Your IP address is anonymised for the purposes of this processing. We use this data to optimise the website for visitors. It is common practice for many organisations to analyse their website via Google.

Our website includes a number of links directing visitors to social media websites as Instagram and other websites. When you click on such a link, these sites may place cookies of their own on your computer. Sanders Photography has no authority over the cookie settings of other websites.

Prints

In order to distribute printed materials, Sanders Photography shares address details with a partner, the printer, with whom we have a processing agreement in place. This processing agreement stipulates that the printer may use the data exclusively for the purpose of distributing printed materials on Sanders Photography behalf.

Sanders Photography does not store personal data beyond the term necessary to carry out the purpose for which that data was provided or (if a statutory retention period applies) longer than is required by law. You have the right to review, correct or request destruction of your personal data.
