We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. All provided information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Sanders Photography may change this policy over time when this website is updated. You should check this website from time to time for latest privacy policy updates.

All images and content on this website are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any images or content without written permission from the copyright holder is strictly prohibited. 

For licensing inquiries or permission to use any images, please contact sales@sanders.photography and you will receive a formal response.

PURCHASE

To purchase a framed photograph you should reach our via Print Enquiry form. Based on availability in context of limited editions, you’ll be able to order your favorite piece. Printing and framing are done with highest quality as soon as your payment is completed.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required in full in advance of production and shipping. I accept Visa and Mastercard & American Express, Maestro & PayPal.

High Value Foreign Orders: We can accept payment by card when the card is 3D VERIFIED, if using paypal you should have a PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESS. Sometimes we will insist on bank transfer for security reasons.

DELIVERY

Once full payment is made delivery will take place within approximately 4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of you needing to return an item, then the customer will be liable for the return postage. Items will not be returned for a full refund.

VARIATION to these terms

These Terms may be adjusted from time to time in the following circumstances:

(a) changes in payment acceptance;

(b) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

Every time you order, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and me. When these Terms & Conditions are adjusted, we will proactively inform you prior to purchase completion.
