The leopard is one of the most elusive animals, so even though he is there you will probably not see him. Stealth is critical to his hunting strategy. The Asian leopard is highly similar to the African leopard, but his fur is slightly darker. On one morning this large male leopard was on the move and I was lucky to see him. When he looked at me, he froze for a brief moment and I got this shot.
